SCHEDULING AND PAYMENT
To schedule an appointment, an advance payment is required in the amount indicated by our Collections Department at CML Health. Once this first investment has been made, the proof of payment must be sent specifying the full name of the patient to the email: administration@xxx.com
CHANGES OF APPOINTMENTS DATA
In case of cancellation, the buyer can proceed to a name change of their appointment, provided that an email has been previously sent, specifying the buyer’s full name and the date of the new appointment.
The buyer must also send other personal data, such as a telephone number. It should be noted that Centro Médico Latino does not issue refunds for cancellation of appointments, nor is it responsible for changing the date when an appointment is not available.
IMPORTANT CLARIFICATION
Changes of dates cannot be made 6 hours before the appointment, in which case the entirety will be charged and you will lose your consultation.
CANCELLATION
The payment of the appointment is not refundable under any circumstances. COVID-19 testing appointments are NOT REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.

If you decide to cancel your appointment, and you have already paid for it through our electronic payment system, this means that CML Health will not generate any type of refund. What you can do is reschedule your appointment, according to the data changes described in the previous clause.

In the event that the patient (s) do not show up at the appointed time, for whatever reason, no refund of any kind will be made to the buyer of the total amount received on account of the appointment scheduling (or in cash or in kind), being the total responsibility of the same with ALL the expenses incurred for this reason.
It is established in our Private Policies described that the patient is responsible for the payment and understands that CML Health does not generate refunds for any reason for the appointment scheduling service.
